RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items should be returned new, unworn and with all original tags and labels still attached. In addition, shoes should be returned in their orginal, undamaged shoe box. We may refuse to accept returns which are not in the above specified conditions. Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
If you would like to return or exchange an item, please go to your "My Orders" page by clicking here. Then select "View Order" for the order you wish to return or exchange and click "Return" located just above invoices/shipments. This will direct you to a form to complete with the details of your return. Once we receive your request, we'll send you a pre-paid return shipping label which you can use to send your merchandise to us.

Please include a copy of your invoice or proof of purchase with your return. If you do not have an invoice, include your name, order number and the best phone number to be contacted by. Once your return is received and processed, we'll refund you in the orginal form of payment. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for your refund to be reflected on your account.
All purchases from November 14th through December 10th have until January 10th, 2014 to be returned for store credit.
