The Associate Merchandise Planner plays a key support role in the inventory planning and allocation process, working closely with the Head of Merchandising & Planning to turn sales goals into actionable inventory strategies. This seat blends reporting, forecasting and cross-functional coordination to help ensure healthy inventory and sales performance.

Reports To: Head of Merchandising & Planning

Core Responsibilities:

1. Build and manage seasonal and monthly product/category-level sales and inventory plans.

2. Maintain Open-to-Buy (OTB) forecasts by channel and product categories.

3. Monitor sales, margin, turn and WOS metrics to optimize inventory and productivity.

4. Partner with Creative and Sales teams on marketing and product performance and promotional strategies.
