The Inventory Management Specialist plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company's inventory. This position will help lead and execute inventory counts at our stores and warehouses, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and work closely with the Inventory Controller to develop and implement inventory control processes company-wide. This is a detail-driven, high-impact role for someone who is process-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to help build a more efficient operation from the ground up.

Reports To: Inventory Controller

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and executing full physical inventory counts at all retail locations and warehouses
• Execute on and roll out cycle count initiatives and spot checks to validate real-time inventory and minimize shrink
• Investigate and reconcile variances, including miscounts, mislabels, and ERP discrepancies
• Partner with store and warehouse Operations teams to implement inventory control protocols
• Help train staff on inventory control SOPs and ERP usage
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Production, Supply Chain and Accounting to optimize operational efficiency and maintain the integrity of one of the company's greatest assets

Requirements

• Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• At least 1 year of experience in an inventory management, supply chain or related operations role
• Comfortable with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Fulfil, etc) and spreadsheets
• Passionate about developing, implementing and improving SOPs
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting or a related field
