The Site Merchandising & Conversion Manager is responsible for optimizing the online customer experience to maximize revenue per visitor and drive conversion. This seat owns the strategy and execution of on-site merchandising, navigation, product presentation, and testing.
Reports To: Head of E-Commerce
Core Responsibilities:
1. Lead site merchandising strategy across homepage, collections and PDP's.
2. Manage conversion optimization via A/B testing and UX enhancements.
3. Build and maintain microsites, landing pages and gated experiences.
4. Coordinate product launch and promo pages with Creative and Operations teams.
5. Optimize site performance.
