Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for owning Onward Reserve's digital storytelling, driving how our customers discover and engage with the brand. This role combines creative execution with strategic planning to foster engagement, grow our audience, and support broader marketing efforts through consistent, high-quality content. This individual will work closely with marketing, design and ecommerce teams to help shape the brand's online presence.

Reports to: Creative Director

Core Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation

Develop and produce engaging visual and written content that aligns with Onward Reserve's brand identity across all social media platforms.

2. Posting Calendar Strategy

Plan and manage a consistent posting schedule that supports marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.

3. Social Media Following Growth

Implement strategies to increase followers and engagement across platforms, analyzing performance metrics to inform future content.

4. Social Media Collaborations

Identify and coordinate with influencers and brand partners to create collaborative content that expands reach and enhances brand visibility.

Key Measurables:

  • Monthly follower growth rate
  • Engagement rate per post
  • Adherence to posting schedule (e.g. posts per week)
  • Traffic driven to the website or conversions attributed to social media efforts
