What you need:

.5 oz Honey
.5 oz Falernum
.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
2 oz. Kennessee Bourbon

Muddled Half Orange Wheel 

 What to do:

Combine ingredients

Warm up a hot tea glass with hot water (pour hot water out, keeping the glass warm)

Pour cocktail mixture into the hot glass.

Top off the glass with hot water.

Garnish with allspice speckled lemon peel, briefly lit with a flame to express a toasted citrus essence.
