I sent back a few items with it to exchange for different sizes. I never got them back.

Coat is high quality and met my expectations. I also want to brag on the great customer service Onward Reserve provided! My first jacket I ordered wasn’t the right size and I needed the replacement by the weekend for a wedding. I contacted customer service and they bent over backwards to make it work! It is rare these days to get that level of service- thank you again!
