Totally incorrect sizing -

I have purchased many items from these guys both directly and through other merchants. I bought this with two other items all Medium size. The two other items fit great. This one has sleeves 3.5 inches longer than the other two. I sent them a picture comparing this and their response is to give me a discount on a future purchase? Really? Updated 2.20 - The company has taken care of this properly by providing a refund.
