Graphic Designer

Reports to: Creative Director

Overview

The Graphic Design Specialist be responsible for designing digital and print marketing assets that represents the Onward Reserve brand and aesthetic. The ability to build and scale a consistent visual language across customer channels and engagement initiatives should be matched with a passion for great design and the discipline to define and document the brand standards. This individual will focus on partnering cross functionally and within the marketing team to execute key initiatives to tell the brand story seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop creative graphic designs from concept to completion.
  • Present graphic design concepts and options for leadership review and approval to support product, category, collection, brand and ambassador initiatives.
  • Create graphic presentation decks for brand presentations for both internal and external teams.
  • Execute graphic design work according to the visual language of the Onward Reserve brand and at the direction of the Creative Director and leadership team.
  • Partner with the design team for any project support needed such as tee shirt design or limited edition drops.
  • Lead and steer graphic design milestone meetings in partnership with the Social Engagement Manager and corresponding social engagement calendar.
  • Routinely do market research for new ideas and to continue to evolve and remain relevant in the marketplace through visual graphic design and branded visuals.
  • Maintain graphic files in an organized manner to create an archived library.
  • Collaborate with freelance artists where applicable to execute graphic development goals and initiatives.
  • At the Creative Directors direction, further define standards, guidelines, and processes in coordination with cross functional teams.
  • Lead and steer graphic design process to optimize workflow timelines.
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic and/or textile design or comparable experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously by being extremely organized and having a keen eye for the details.
  • Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Golf Sales Manager- Georgia + Carolinas

The Golf Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales within their respective territory.  This role will support existing wholesale green grass as well as build relationships and onboard new key accounts. This position is responsible for attaining seasonal pre-book and at once sales goals, servicing accounts with best-in-class service, representing the Onward Reserve brand. Managing tradeshow appointment schedules, order submission and account event support where applicable are all important functions of this position’s success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieves monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Track and achieve seasonal at-once and pre-book sales goals. 
  • Maintain an up-to-date account listing of active and target accounts for the executive team’s review.
  • Submits weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to leadership to further develop and support growth strategies.
  • Visit new and existing accounts to show the assortment offering, build relationships with their teams and provide product knowledge and/or event and merchandising support.  
  • Attend and lead, where applicable, the planning and setup of sales meetings, trade shows, and events.
  • Be an expert on the Onward Reserve assortment offering and the product attributes and selling features. 
  • Routinely doing market research to provide feedback to the design and product development team to continue to support the brand evolving and remaining relevant. 
  • Maintain sample line in accordance with company standards.
  • Submit monthly expense report. 
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office required.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prospect, negotiate and close.

Brand Experience Specialist

The Brand Experience Specialist position is designed to support the needs of Onward Reserve's customers by ensuring they have an authentic and positive experience throughout their entire purchasing journey. The main role of the Brand  Experience Specialist is to deliver first class support and develop lasting customer relationships! The role is the main point of contact for our customers and is a direct liaison with our internal support teams. The ideal candidate has a proven history of strong customer service, sales experience and relationship building! 

Key Responsibilities

  • The first to respond to customers, this role will communicate accurately, professionally, and efficiently.  Communication will be verbally, by email and chat where applicable. Our goal is always to exceed customer expectations by providing first in class service utilizing problem solving skills and available resources.
  • Engage and optimize each customer’s experience by demonstrating patience and compassion; prioritize your customer’s needs.
  • Customized client outreach for more selling opportunities and customer relationship building.
  • Maintain and enhance customer relationships by building trust and resolving product related concerns promptly and completely. 
  • Learn about the latest product releases and approaching launches to provide tailored recommendations for new products based on customer preferences.
  • Identify and resolve account issues & inquiries related to product orders, deliveries, credits, returns, and exchanges.  Proactively share information with the team to determine process improvements where possible.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal partners to share suggestions for new products requested & any quality assurance callouts from customers.
  • Research fulfillment and shipping concerns; liaise with distribution teams to resolve any issues. 
  • Assist with execution for any customer customization needs and custom projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales-related or retail preferred
  • Experience in E-Commerce and/or online marketing and merchandising is a plus
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Apparel Magic or Shopify is a plus
  • Must demonstrate a superior customer service focus, telephone etiquette, and effective verbal, written, and keyboard skills.

Warehouse Specialist

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Overview

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for supporting Onward Reserve’s distribution processes for all sales channels. Fulfillment, receiving and stocking product, resolving and mitigating order issues, supporting the returns process are all key components to the position. The daily workflow will vary day to day depending on current business needs. Flexibility to pivot priorities at the direction of the warehouse manager to support priorities is critical. Onward Reserve is a growing company with a fast paced, team-oriented environment. A key function of this role will be communication and partnership cross functionally to keep the team updated on receiving timelines for seasonal, collegiate, core, custom, and third-party product deliveries. As our distribution continues to grow, continued innovation on processes and methods of enhancing efficiencies in processes is a focus to ensure our team continues to evolve and prepare for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and ship order needs along with the other distribution team members to keep order flow consistent and with a quick turnaround.
  • Support daily receiving needs for checking the shipment and put away.
  • Communicate to the team timing of systemic receipts once product has arrived and any anticipation of delays or issues.
  • Process returns and resolve order issues.
  • Cycle count inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce order issues.
  • Should any quality issues arise during the receiving process, document the problem with example images (where applicable) and the style/color/sizes impacted to the appropriate teams for design, production, and inventory.
  • Support restock needs from overflow backstock in our containers or other Bennett Street locations.

They will partner directly with the office and warehouse teams daily as well as store managers at our other Onward Reserve locations. This position is full time with flexible hours, including some holidays and weekends.

This role will report to the store manager and be primarily focused on the store inventory and operations. This role will lead the store team in the absence of the store manager and support the day-to-day business operation. This position is full time with flexible hours, including some holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focuses on inventory accuracy, e-comm fulfillment from store stock, stock room management and replenishing store stock.
  • Manage the inventory receipts both the physical stock processing as well as systemically.
  • Regularly process inventory cycle counts.
  • Supports the development of a dynamic, positive, and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand loyalty, customer engagement, and drives sales.
  • Maintain the sizing on the floor from back stock to continue to efficiently turn product.
  • Routinely refreshes the merchandising presentation to drive product sell-through and feature new products as well as products with large inventory commitments.
  • Regularly cleans shelves, tables, & stock room along with any other areas needing attention.
