Bad experience

This was the 1st jacket I purchased from OR and I was so excited to receive it. When I tried it on it was way too big. I was extremely disappointed to find out that I could not exchange it for a size down. It’s still in the bag and not sure what to do with it. I will not be shopping with OR again due to this poor customer service experience.
