Brand Experience Specialist

The Brand Experience Specialist position is designed to support the needs of Onward Reserve's customers by ensuring they have an authentic and positive experience throughout their entire purchasing journey. The main role of the Brand  Experience Specialist is to deliver first class support and develop lasting customer relationships! The role is the main point of contact for our customers and is a direct liaison with our internal support teams. The ideal candidate has a proven history of strong customer service, sales experience and relationship building! 

Key Responsibilities

  • The first to respond to customers, this role will communicate accurately, professionally, and efficiently.  Communication will be verbally, by email and chat where applicable. Our goal is always to exceed customer expectations by providing first in class service utilizing problem solving skills and available resources.
  • Engage and optimize each customer’s experience by demonstrating patience and compassion; prioritize your customer’s needs.
  • Customized client outreach for more selling opportunities and customer relationship building.

  • Research fulfillment and shipping concerns; liaise with distribution teams to resolve any issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, sales-related or retail preferred
  • Experience in E-Commerce and/or online marketing and merchandising is a plus
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office required
  • Experience with Apparel Magic or Shopify is a plus

This position is an hourly role with flexible hours with full time schedule potential, including some holidays and weekends.

Warehouse Specialist

Reports to: Warehouse Manager

Overview

The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for supporting Onward Reserve’s distribution processes for all sales channels. Fulfillment, receiving and stocking product, resolving and mitigating order issues, supporting the returns process are all key components to the position. The daily workflow will vary day to day depending on current business needs. Flexibility to pivot priorities at the direction of the warehouse manager to support priorities is critical. Onward Reserve is a growing company with a fast paced, team-oriented environment. A key function of this role will be communication and partnership cross functionally to keep the team updated on receiving timelines for seasonal, collegiate, core, custom, and third-party product deliveries. As our distribution continues to grow, continued innovation on processes and methods of enhancing efficiencies in processes is a focus to ensure our team continues to evolve and prepare for future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack and ship order needs along with the other distribution team members to keep order flow consistent and with a quick turnaround.
  • Support daily receiving needs for checking the shipment and put away.
  • Communicate to the team timing of systemic receipts once product has arrived and any anticipation of delays or issues.
  • Process returns and resolve order issues.
  • Cycle count inventory to maintain inventory accuracy and reduce order issues.
  • Should any quality issues arise during the receiving process, document the problem with example images (where applicable) and the style/color/sizes impacted to the appropriate teams for design, production, and inventory.
  • Support restock needs from overflow backstock in our containers or other Bennett Street locations.

Collegiate/MLB Licensing Sales Manager

Licensing Sales Manager

Onward Reserve – Atlanta, GA

Reports To: MLB & Collegiate Sales Manager

Overview

The Licensed Sales Manager will play a key role in servicing and growing our licensed business. This includes managing day-to-day communication with MLB Stadium Shop accounts, overseeing select collegiate bookstore relationships, and working collaboratively to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within the NCAA market.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily communication, order fulfillment, and relationship-building for assigned MLB and Collegiate accounts
  2. Collaborate with the MLB & Collegiate Sales Manager to strategically identify and pursue new collegiate bookstore opportunities.
  3. Proactively grow and strengthen relationships within the collegiate and professional licensing network to support sales efforts, enhance brand visibility, and unlock future opportunities.
  4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to current and prospective accounts.
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and provide reporting to leadership.
  6. Maintain strong knowledge of Onward Reserve’s product line and broader industry trends.
  7. Travel to visit accounts, attend annual trade shows and other relevant industry events.
  8. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and support the back-end licensing process, including product approvals and collaboration with internal team members to understand all aspects of the licensing workflow.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in licensed apparel or luxury men’s apparel
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  5. Strong organizational skills and comfort with sales reporting and forecasting tools.
  6. Passion for sports, fashion, and brand storytelling is a strong plus.
  7. Existing contacts in the licensing or sports industry are a plus, but not required.

Assistant Store Operations Manager - Athens

The Store Operations & Inventory Associate – Athens position is to support the store manager in leading a team and managing store operations for our location in Athens, GA. This role will report to the store manager and be primarily focused on the store inventory and operations. This role will lead the store team in the absence of the store manager and support the day-to-day business operation. This position is full time with flexible hours, including some holidays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Focuses on inventory accuracy, e-comm fulfillment from store stock, stock room management and replenishing store stock.
  • Manage the inventory receipts both the physical stock processing as well as systemically.
  • Regularly process inventory cycle counts.
  • Supports the development of a dynamic, positive, and omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand loyalty, customer engagement, and drives sales.
  • Maintain the sizing on the floor from back stock to continue to efficiently turn product.
  • Routinely refreshes the merchandising presentation to drive product sell-through and feature new products as well as products with large inventory commitments.

Head of Merchandising & Planning

The Head of Merchandising & Planning will support the growth of Onward Reserve by owning our end-to-end merchandising strategy — from seasonal planning and buys to inventory health and allocation — across all sales channels.

Reports To: Chief of Staff

Core Responsibilities:

1. Own and drive merchandise and inventory strategy across all channels (Retail, Ecomm, Wholesale).

2. Lead seasonal planning, buy calendars, and assortment strategies in alignment with brand and financial goals.

3. Ensure optimal inventory performance and health, including turn, margin, stock cover and product allocation.

4. Own product cost and pricing strategy, partnering with Finance to ensure buys and SKU mix support margin targets.

5. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Ops, Creative and Sales to align inventory flow with brand and sales plans.

Third Party Product Buyer

The Third Party Product Buyer will help expand Onward Reserve's third party assortment through thoughtful product discovery and strategic buying decisions. This role will play a key part in supporting the company's mission to offer the most authentic environments for apparel and gifts by curating differentiated third party products that align with the brand.

Reports to: Head of Merchandising & Planning

Core Responsibilities:

1. Source & Curate 3rd-Party Products

Identify, evaluate and recommend third-party product lines that align with Onward Reserve's brand identity and customer lifestyle.

2. Vendor Relationship Management

Build relationships with third-party vendors and brand partners; manage pricing, terms and order timelines. Represent Onward at relevant trade shows and industry events.

3. Buy Planning & Inventory Strategy

Assist in placing buys based on sales trends, margin targets and channel-specific demand (stores & ecomm only).

4. Sell-Through & Margin Analysis

Track and analyze performance of third-party SKUs by location and channel. Partner with planning and finance teams to ensure optimized turn, revenue and gross margin contribution.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with Creative, Ecomm and Operations teams to ensure smooth product launches, allocations and merchandising.

Embroidery Finisher

Reports To: Embroidery Manager

Overview

We are looking for an incredible new addition to our growing embroidery department in Atlanta, GA! We are looking for hard workers with a sense of urgency and a passion for excellence to join our department. As the Embroidery Finisher, you will accurately process customer orders requiring embroidery. You will keep our operations running smoothly by participating in various embroidery department processes including order check-in, quality control inspections, thread trimming, folding, and packaging of goods all in preparation for final shipment to our high-end clients and customers. You will work on orders received from multiple sales channels such as e-commerce, corporate, golf, etc., and will gain first-hand experience in high-volume retail production and working hands-on with apparel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Neatly trim stabilizer/backing off of garments to ensure high quality logos that look presentable for high-end clients.
  • Sticker, fold, and bag completed embroidered garments in preparation for shipment.
  • Follow standards and methods for inspection of garments prior to embroidery machine processing and compare garments received with customer's order form to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct quality inspection post-production to ensure accurate design work was completed prior to shipment.
  • Ensure deadlines are met punctually.
  • Daily updating of production status documents.
  • Maintain high quality control standards.
  • Meet daily output expectations (100-200+ garments a day; will increase with experience and department demand/order volume).
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or production requirements as needed.
  • Keep a clean work area and ensure department is spotless upon departure.

This role is responsible for all aspects of golf order management including modifying orders, managing special order requests, fulfillment, as well as customer support including events and system resources. The priority is to deliver first class support and develop lasting customer relationships. The role is a primary point of contact for golf accounts while also being a direct liaison with our internal support teams and sales team members. The ideal candidate has a proven history of strong customer service, sales experience and relationship building.
