About The Role

As we scale our national wholesale business, we are seeking a Wholesale Demand Planner to take ownership of demand forecasts, inventory allocations, and B2B merchandising efforts. You will be an integral part of our supply chain team, partnering with key players in Production, Design, Operations and Sales in order to improve our forecasting process and overall inventory strategy, thereby ensuring partner satisfaction. You will also be heavily involved in our ERP integration, focusing on the optimization of our B2B platform. This role is ideal for someone analytical, data-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable working across business systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Build and maintain SKU-level wholesale demand forecasts for our seasonal and core programs using historical data, market trends and sales input
• Manage in-season inventory allocations to the wholesale business, balancing inventory availability, partner needs, and company priorities
• Ensure accurate and adequate wholesale inventory levels, and optimize B2B platform merchandising
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to build alignment on inventory needs, fulfillment priorities and risk mitigation
• Build and maintain tools and reports in Excel and/or our ERP to track sell-through, forecast accuracy and replenishment logic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-4 years experience in demand planning, forecasting inventory management, or a data-driven analytical role
• Strong attention to detail and a robust intellectually curious disposition
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, index-match, forecasting models)
• Strong familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, Fulfil, or similar)
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
