NCAA Sales Manager

Position Overview
Onward Reserve is seeking an NCAA Sales Manager to oversee and grow relationships with assigned collegiate wholesale accounts, including bookstores, team stores, and other NCAA-focused partners. This role will work closely with licensing partners, retailers, and internal teams to drive sales growth, strengthen brand visibility, and support long-term strategic opportunities within the collegiate marketplace. The NCAA Sales Manager will report directly to the Director of Sports & Entertainment.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage relationships for assigned NCAA wholesale accounts
- Proactively grow and strengthen relationships within the collegiate licensing network to support sales efforts and future business opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations to current and prospective accounts
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and account performance to forecast demand and provide reporting to leadership
- Maintain strong knowledge of Onward Reserve’s product line, seasonal assortments, and broader industry trends
- Travel to visit accounts, attend trade shows, and participate in relevant industry events
- Assist with back-end licensing processes including product approvals and collaboration with internal licensing and production teams
- Support communication between internal departments and external partners to ensure successful execution across all account
- Maintain strong awareness of collegiate retail trends, consumer behavior, and licensing opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in licensed apparel or luxury men’s apparel
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Understanding of professional sports licensing and wholesale retail environments preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for meetings and industry events
