The best investment in your kitchen

Purchased this is July 2020, and have been using since. My wife just perfectly seared Mahi Mahi in it. We use it at least 2-3 times a week. Always a delight, great results, easy to clean.

Was shocked there were no reviews for this given quality and value, so had to knock one out. Lifetime quality gift for Christmas, graduations, weddings, etc.

Only downside? Heavy; perhaps an impediment for the elderly or infirm or pettite women. Not a travel/backpacking implement.

Could not be happier with this purchase!
