Braswell Blazer - Thyme

Being prone to wear a sports coat when I can, this jacket gives a very modern preppy twist on the sports coat, which still looks smart, yet is somewhat more functional without being pretentious. some people have commented that it runs large, but nobody really wants a jacket they can wear all day that is so forfeiting that it’s uncomfortable. If you’re used to Barber jackets or other quilted outdoor hunting gear, this is similar yet slightly better fitting than those without being restrictive— though the fabric is not of hunting weight.

The website warns to size down, I’ve had other OR jackets that have been too small so stuck with the L…should’ve listened to the site. If you get the right size, it is a very nice jacket, lightweight but warm

I loooove the concept of a casual jacket with a sports coat cut. However, this one is a bit boxy (needs to be more tailored or have straps you could fasten to tighten around the waist) and it runs very big. I also think the lapel should match the quilted pattern of the main part of the jacket, and not be smooth. Keep more of these coming! Thanks!

Coat was too big…but price was right.

This jacket is truly well made and very stylish. As advertised, the jacket runs quite large and I recommend sizing down one size.
