James V-Neck Cashmere Sweater

I placed order for this sweater and tried to change/ cancel my order within 24 hours of ordering. I ordered the wrong color and called customer service. Sorry, they can't make any changes to orders, I was told. I asked when the sweater would ship, they looked up my order and told me it would ship in 3-5 business days. Unreal. This is either an ignorant money grab or result of an archaic inventory system. Now I have to wait 2 weeks for the sweater to arrive and THEN make the exchange/ return. I'm a long-time customer and Reserve member (highest level). This is unacceptable.
