Shirt ok - service not so much

My husband purchased this shirt in-store where a salesperson upsold him another shirt, promising it was the same size. When he got it home, he discovered that the second shirt was a different cut and did not fit. When he attempted to return it, he was told that, because the shirt was on sale, it could not be returned for a refund or even store credit. So while they won this battle, they lost the war. We've bought hundreds of dollars' worth of merchandise here. We won't be back.
