Amazing customer service

My husband loves his pullover, and I loved the customer service experience. I did not realize this was an embroidery item and then panicked when I realized it might not be shipped in time for Christmas. I called and spoke with the nicest lady who assured me she would get it to me before Christmas! It arrived in time! A great experience!
