Roper Boot - Cognac

The boots are fine but I hit order before I could apply a gift card that I had to the order (my fault). I reached out immediately and was told they were already in shipping and that I would need to return them once I received the boots. I went into answer the questions as to why I was returning them and where I clicked it wanted me to upload photographs so I had to go back and just say the boots did not fit. I was told when you guys received them back that the return would have to be reviewed. It was reviewed but I did not received a credit back on my debit card but I received a gift card. I just do not feel like that was handled correctly. I am also hesitate to purchase anything right now from Onward Reserve becuse earlier in the year I bought 2 pair of shorts and within a couple of months the Khaki Shorts literally started tearing apart.

Wasnt sure if id like them before they showed up but these are great boots. Super durable and crazy comfortable. Can run full sprint no problem. One thing i did notice is that they showed up in a lighter tan color compared to the pictures but i actually like them better.

The upper is not wide enough to get your foot in or out. It’s very difficult to get on. Comfortable once on, but so difficult to take off I probably won’t go to the trouble of wearing them

These boots are outstanding and comfy right out of the box. And they're a true American size. I wear a 10.5 American but anything made in "Chyna" ie, Nike, Addidas, Salomon, etc, I wear an 11. Waited 3 months for these to get back in stock. And that's my only complaint with ANY of these shoe sellers. THE MOST common shoe size in America for men is 10.5. Studies show it. Yet time and again ALL of these shoe sellers miss out on thousands of dollars in sales by not doubling up on their inventories for this size. I spoke to a Nordstrom buyer rep and I asked him what his number one selling men's shoe size was. He said 10.5 and it's not even close. Ummm, okay, then why not double your inventory on that size. Fundamental of sales 101 people.
