Good quality, weird sizing

I really wanted to like these shorts, as I've been searching for a mostly cotton pair of shorts for some
time. I walked into my local OR store and tried on a couple pairs, and the sizing was way off. I'm normally a 34 in most pants/shorts, but I had to go down to 32. I ended up not purchasing because I was not confident in sizing. Other than the poor sizing, fabric and construction was great, and 7" inseam is just right. If you decide to order, go at least one size down. OR has had a quality control issue these last few seasons, with sizing all over the place. No reason for me to be a 35 in some OR pants and a 32 in others.
