Snug fit / Disappointing customer service response.

I have purchased items from them before and thought I had a sense of accurate sizing. However, this garment fit more snug than other items.I wondered if it was mislabeled. When I asked to swap it out for the right size, I was told all sales were final (it was on sale). I was disappointed, but thought I could at least give it to a friend. Then, I saw that it had a snag on the front, rendering it unwearable. Ultimately, I just donated it. I get served their ads on Instagram all the time, but the process has made me question sizing and ultimately prevented me from purchasing other items.

Color not as advertised

The Large size in this vest fit like most larges. The color pictured on the Online shop was 2 toned, the product I received was 1 solid color. Beware of purchasing from this company, some of their products are labeled non-returnable. Long sleeve 1/4 zip pull overs do not fit true to size Large
