Tour Stripe Performance Polo

I was really pleased with a previous polo that I had from you guys that was the same style and size but then I got this one and it was extremely larger like several inches longer on all sizes. I would’ve returned it but knowing I liked the previous polo and size I just washed it right away before tying on because I thought I liked your products. Now I cannot return it due to the policy and I am stuck with a $120 polo I bought that does not fit me. Is there anyway for me to swap it for a smaller one or get store credit for another one. I really like your shirts and I planned on being a long term customer and buy several more but I was just disappointed with this one because I can’t even wear it.
