Pleased overall

I wear an XL in outerwear from Zegna , Brooks Brothers and Orvis. I ordered this jacket on XL and it was significantly undersized compared to these other brands. I’m sorry as I really liked the quality and design of this jacket.

Nice jacket but lacked attention to detail.

My first purchase from Onward Reserve…The style, fit and fabric are all on point. The top button had not been properly sewn on the jacket. It was held in place by only two threads. Expected more in regards to quality and attention to detail. Contacted customer service…received no reply.
