Sleeves too short

Bought this for my dad for Christmas. Everything fit except the sleeves. The sleeves were way too short. He’s never had that issue before with any other type of clothing.

Poor quality

Very disappointed in the fit and overall appearance of this quarter-zip. I wear an XL but the sleeves were about 5 inches too short. Additionally, the fabric was extremely thin and felt cheap. The white body had a tinge of violet in it as well. Makes me very leary of ordering anything else from this company and I have several things from them.
