Great jacket, great service!

Ordered a jacket in late October as a Christmas gift for a grandson. After Christmas he reported that it was too big. Even though the deadline for returns had passed, I sent a pleading email asking to allow for return. I immediately got a positive reply that they would make an exception in this case. An exchange was made and there are two super fans of Onward Reserve. And he loves the jacket!
